Friday{s Cookies is a Pacific Northwest-based business on the brink of becoming a national, if not international, success. In January of 2000, owner Deborah Tuggle quit her job in the legal field to concentrate on developing the best gourmet cookie on the market and anyone who tastes one of her cookies will tell you she has done it. Prior to focusing her energies entirely on her business, Deborah Tuggle baked once a week and sold cookies on Fridays to friends and students at the legal school she attended - hence the name, Friday{s Cookies.
