The current Collin County Texas real estate market can be very confusing for relocating home buyers. With the exception of Plano Texas, most Collin County communities like Frisco Texas and McKinney Texas have rapidly growing new home real estate developments for the past 7 years, with new home construction master planned subdivisions either being built or soon to break ground. Relocating families from the DFW Metroplex and out of state are searching homes for sale in Frisco TX, McKinney TX, Allen TX and the smaller cities / towns like Fairview TX, in search of safer family oriented environments to raise children. This migration of families significantly impacts all local Independent School Districts with new elementary, middle and high school campuses being built and staffed.
