I do advanced equine dentistry as well.Dr. Wallace is originally from Forrest City, Arkansas. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2006 from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. After receiving her DVM, Dr. Wallace completed a one year equine medicine and surgery internship at Chaparral Animal Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Oklahoma has been her home ever since. Dr. Wallace has practiced both equine and small animal medicine in the Tulsa area for over five years. She actively collaborates with and provides care for the Tulsa Zoo, and has provided services as a Track Veterinarian to Will Rogers Downs in Claremore, Oklahoma since 2010. Dr. Wallace is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Equine Practitioners, and Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association. She is currently licensed to practice medicine in Arizona, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. She resides in Tulsa with her husband (John), dogs (Dante and Jacques), cat (Harry), and horse (Bridget).
