Vail Catering Concepts is chef owned and operated. What we do the best, is serve high-end restaurant quality food for dinner parties, weddings and events. The products and ingredients that we use to make our food innovative and flavorful, are of the highest quality. I generally like to use organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products is preferred—not frozen. All of this delivers the best tasting food for you. Your food is made to order – I don’t make huge batches ahead of time and freeze it. That way it tastes the best for you.
