Sandcastles Montessori Preschool was founded in 2005 by Kathy Vincent. In 2011 Kathy retired from teaching to spend time with her children and family. She passed Sandcastles to devoted head teachers Kelly Charland and Amy Tanner who hope to create wonderful new memories with your child. Our strong belief in Montessori education guides us to provide a prepared learning environment in which the child{s personal growth is valued as much as their academic achievements. We recognize and respect the unique talents and possibilities of each child and their unfolding spirit.At Sandcastles, all head teachers are Montessori Certified and hold licenses from the Rhode Island Department of Education.
