Mr. West has numerous years of experience as an attorney handling various matters related to intellectual property and general legal matters. Our Vice-President, Mr. Kwok, joined the firm shortly after its founding and heads up the Silicon Valley branch office located at Mountain View. At the end of 2005 we moved to a new, larger head office in Walnut Creek to better serve our clients.
