Cracovia is a hotel in the city of Krakow that the owners used to frequent during their “honeymoon time” 25 years ago. Lester Rodzen is a real estate guru and the editor-in-chief of echa Kolorado, a monthly Polish newspaper published free for over 6 years by the Rodzens. Marie Rodzen is his wife and Executive Chef. The Rodzens have decided to run the first authentic upscale Polish restaurant in the metro Denver area. The business is family run with Alan Rodzen working at the restaurant bar and Jackie Rodzen assisting as a waitress. Lester and Marie cook everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients offering their customers the finest quality in Polish food.
