Yoga can be done by obese and overweight people as well. The body needs to have flexibility which will be attained gradually. Therefore, your body weight is not a constraint for yoga practice.
Yoga has nothing to do with your existing weight or flexibility. Yoga in fact is meant to increase the flexibility of your body. By consistent practice, your body will become flexible over a period of time.
