Liberty Consultants has partnered with Keller Williams for nine years. Recently, the two companies have decided to raise funds for KW Cares within the charity structure. With the express goal for all funds to go to the 92nd Street YMCA. 65 associates provide the non-profit a robust array of services that include nutrition services, financial literacy, and job training.

Katie Leclerc is a digital marketing strategist based out of New York City and has worked with men’s fashion, luxury lifestyle, and other brands. Additionally, Katie was instrumental in Knight Boards growth through digital marketing including for most luxury lifestyle brands in New York City. Katie also worked with other fashion and lifestyle marketing agencies such as Fully Integrated, H&M, Public School, Trend Hunter, Trident, UMG, Zebra IQ, Vogue It Girl, and others.

The funds are used to support families that have been directly impacted by the natural disasters. Crucially, 40% of the donations go directly to the family, 12% are dispersed through non-profit partners, and the rest is used to fund needed items in the disaster area. Founded in 1927, the company currently has offices all over the world including Upper West Side of Manhattan. In Germany, the company’s pre-eminent location is located in St. Paul. Among other ventures, they are involved in real estate, supporting programs such as rebuilding after natural disasters and construction companies supporting seniors and the disabled for St. Louis FHA loans.
Liberty Consultants has been selected by Keller Williams to contribute funds to KW Cares. Liberty Consultants’ contribution is over $3,800, and is managed by South Coast Bank.
According to Keller Williams:
St. Louis is experiencing unprecedented times with gridlock and limited access to resources. Many companies serving those in need lack the resources, flexibility, and resources to deliver the help they need the most. Then there are organizations like KW Cares, whose staff have been impacted by natural disasters, and whose volunteers are at the frontlines delivering healthcare to those in need.
KW Cares’ immediate and long-term efforts support families by providing healthcare and other essential supplies to the community in need. Within a short time, staff become disconnected from their families, experiencing deep feelings of loss. When families cannot visit their loved ones due to restrictions caused by the pandemic, KW Cares relies on volunteers to provide the care and supplies their family needs. They are also able to monitor caregivers’ health and safety, and are at the frontlines caring for vulnerable families that they would be unable to visit otherwise.
· The Liberty Consultants Assistance Fund was incorporated on Tuesday, September 28, 2018 TN Time. The Fund was incorporated due to KW Cares’ disruption to their staff and community due to the COVID Coronavirus. It is governed by Sections b, c, and e of Article 3 of the LLC Agreement. Liberty Consultants’ support of KW Cares has been deemed an ‘Investment Class A’ within the meaning of Section 11.01(a) of the LLC Agreement except that the Fund shall not be deemed a ‘traditional business development company’ within the meaning of Section 11.01(a) of the LLC Agreement.
· Donations received will be used to fund healthcare needs of those who are directly impacted by the natural disasters now impacting St. Louis, MO, and are in need of immediate financial support.
