An EU company is an old customer of Rayco. It is a European company specializing in the production and sales of building materials. Its main products include tile adhesives, cement mortars, hardeners, waterproof sealing materials, thermal insulation materials, plaster of Paris and other building materials.

Since the cooperation with Rayco in 2010, we have successively purchased multiple MTM160 trapezoidal mills and MTW175 European version trapezoidal mills and other grinding host equipment of Rayco three times in the past 10 years. With the trust in Rayco products, we ordered another LM240N large vertical mill for cement clinker grinding.

The model of the vertical mill purchased this time is LM240N. The main technical parameters are:
1. Feeding particle size (D80): ≤10mm
2. Single production capacity: 35.5-70 t/h
3. Allowable feed moisture: ≤15% 4. Product fineness: Screen residue R0.08≤5%~20%

The customer purchased a complete set of cement clinker grinding plants, including the main machine of the vertical mill, supporting fans, dust collectors and other equipment. The plan has been optimized for many times, and the model and configuration of the vertical mill are finally determined, realizing the source of vertical mill technology. Since the historic turning point of Europe and the return of equipment to Europe, the Rayco brand has once again become famous in developed European countries.

The N series vertical mills developed by Rayco come in various models, which are mainly suitable for processing difficult-to-grind materials such as cement clinker and slag.
